H2o Fitness Rules & Regulations

General Conduct & Hygiene:

  • Maintain proper hygiene: Wear clean gym clothes daily, wash your face, brush your teeth, and use a mild deodorant.
  • Cover your nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing.
  • Always return weights and equipment to their designated places.
  • Use a hand towel to wipe sweat; hand wiping on equipment is not allowed.
  • Keep personal belongings secured in the locker; the gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Use washrooms responsibly: Keep them clean and flush before and after use.
  • Only fully vaccinated members are allowed.

Dress Code & Personal Items:

  • Wear appropriate gym attire (no extremes).
  • No sleeveless T-shirts allowed.
  • No personal music, headphones, or mobile phone usage inside the gym premises.
  • No personal photoshoots inside the gym.

Workout Etiquette:

  • Avoid socializing—focus on your workout.
  • No unnecessary sitting, excuses, or justifications will be entertained.
  • Do not touch your face while working out.
  • Workout daily for at least 10 minutes; if you miss a session, call Dheeraj Sir for training.

Discipline & Compliance:

  • Be loud and clear while answering or reporting.
  • Follow all gym rules strictly; failure to do so may lead to membership cancellation.
